Dr. Stohs was born and raised in Marysville, KS. He attended Kansas State University where he received his undergraduate degree in Animal Science and Industry in May, 2000, then went on to graduate from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2004. He came to Drexel in 2006 as an associate, and then purchased the practice in April of 2007. Dr. Stohs currently resides in Louisburg, KS with his wife and 3 children, and his Great Dane, Maizy.
Dr. Lents grew up on a livestock producing farm near Bridgewater, IA. He attended Iowa State University where he graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine in 1975. After graduating, he went to University of Illinois for an internship in Food Animal Medicine. He went on to private practice in northern Iowa and Wyoming before coming to Drexel in 2006. Ed and his wife Becky currently live outside of Drexel with an assortment of animals.
Dr. Hatten was raised on a diversified farm in New Hampton, MO. He attended the University of Missouri where he graduated from veterinary school in 1963. He then began practice in Drexel with Dr. Davidson, and after practicing in LaCygne for a brief period, established the Drexel-LaCygne Veterinary Clinic in the spring of 1966. Dr. Hatten owned the clinic until 2007 when he sold the practice to Dr. Stohs. He currently works part-time and focuses mainly on livestock.
Dr Miller was born outside of Houston, TX and lived in various states until attending Kansas State University where he received his undergraduate degree in Animal Science and Industry in December of 2008. Dr Miller then went on to receive a masters degree in Biomedical Science in conjunction with his doctorate in Veterinary Medicine and graduated in May of 2014. He and his wife Krystal currently reside in Freeman with their Labrador Retriever, Maya.
Grant grew up in Archie, MO on his family's farm, where they raised beef cattle and row crops. In High School he was an active participant in Sports and FFA. He received a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from College of the Ozarks. Grant graduated from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. He spent his first year of practice in Effingham, Illinois. Grant currently resides in Drexel with his wife, Marlana, daughter, Hadassah, and two dogs: Malik and Ziva.
