Appointment Policy: Walk-ins are welcomed, however appointments are preferred. This will give our staff time to prepare for your visit. Emergency cases will always take top priority, followed by patients with scheduled appointments. If you aren’t able to keep an appointment or are running more than 10 minutes late, please call and let us know.
New Patients: If you are new to our clinic, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork. Please see the forms tab if you would like to print a copy of the forms to fill out ahead of time.
Patient Arrival Policy: For the protection of your pet, yourself, and others, we ask that all dogs be on a short leash, and all cats be in a secure carrier while in the waiting area and exam room. We have carriers and leashes available if you do not have one. Just ask our friendly front staff personnel, and they will happy to provide one for you.
Surgery Patients: If your pet has a surgery appointment, we ask that you withhold food starting at 10 pm the evening before surgery. They may have a small amount of water. Surgery check-in is at 7:30 AM the morning of your appointment or you may check in during business hours the afternoon before. We require an Anesthesia Consent form for any procedure requiring anesthesia or sedation. Please see the Forms tab to fill out and print this form online, or you may complete it at time of drop off.
